Find the matching proxy details in My Proxies

Sign in to Dashboard → My Proxies. Find the proxy you want to use and click Switch format under Proxy parameters to view its HTTP or SOCKS5 connection details. Note the connection address, port, username, password, and the IP address for the final check. Use your own values, not the masked example below.

Use the connection address and port for the protocol selected in the browser. Keep the IP address shown in My Proxies to compare with the browser’s exit IP after setup.

Keep proxy credentials private. Do not share a screenshot with your real username or password.

  2. 2

    Open a regular profile

Open the settings of the regular profile you want to use, then find Proxy.

  3. 3

Choose Custom and the matching protocol

Set proxy type to Custom, then choose HTTP or SOCKS5 to match the Dashboard format.

  4. 4

    Enter one proxy line

For the selected protocol, put its connection address first, then port, username and password. Use your own values, not the masked screenshot.

    Wait for the automatic check

Wait until Multilogin reports Proxy check passed. If it fails, recheck the protocol and the order of the four values.

  6. 6

    Save and start the profile

Save the regular profile and start that same profile.

  7. 7

    Verify the exit IP

Use an IP-check site in this profile and compare the result with My Proxies.

In the profile you just opened, enter this address to see its public IP: api.ipify.org

Troubleshooting
