Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all products and services provided by GetIPProxy and sets the rules you must follow when using our proxy IP services.
Acceptance and lawful use
By registering an account, accessing, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. If you do not agree to any part of this policy, you must not use the service.
You must not use GetIPProxy for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Suspected violations may be investigated.
1. Prohibited activities
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Accessing computer systems, networks, or devices without authorization; carrying out denial-of-service attacks, including DoS or DDoS attacks; or distributing viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or other malware.
- Engaging in fraud, including phishing or romance scams, identity theft, credit card or payment fraud, click fraud, or any other deceptive activity.
- Downloading, streaming, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization, or selling counterfeit or infringing goods.
- Creating, accessing, distributing, or promoting pornographic or explicit content that exploits, abuses, or depicts minors.
- Publishing or distributing content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Harassing, bullying, defaming, threatening, or slandering any person or group.
- Promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or encouraging the commission of violent acts.
- Performing port scans, vulnerability scans, or other unauthorized probing of servers or networks that you do not own or have permission to test.
- Circumventing a website's technical restrictions, including evading IP bans or bypassing anti-crawling controls, in violation of that website's terms of service.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or chain letters, or collecting email addresses without the recipients’ consent.
- Creating fake accounts, automating likes or comments, generating fake followers, or operating or participating in click farms.
- Repeatedly clicking pay-per-click advertisements to exhaust another party’s advertising budget or obtain illegitimate commissions.
- Eavesdropping on, intercepting, or recording private communications without authorization.
- Stealing, collecting, or disclosing another person’s personally identifiable information, financial information, or medical records without authorization.
2. Proxy IP and network resource rules
GetIPProxy proxy IP and network resources are intended only for lawful network connectivity, technical testing, and business use. You must not use the service for advertising or traffic fraud, bulk account registration or manipulation, platform data or ranking manipulation, circumvention of platform security controls, or unauthorized large-scale data collection. All proxy use must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with the terms of service of the target website or platform.
3. Enforcement actions
To protect the security and compliance of the service, GetIPProxy may monitor and review user activity as reasonably necessary. If a user violates this policy, GetIPProxy may suspend the service, restrict features, terminate the account, delete related data, and report the matter to law enforcement when necessary.
4. Policy updates and content blocking
We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a revision means that you accept the changes.
GetIPProxy may proactively block certain web content, including adult content, government websites, harmful domains, and other categories, at its sole discretion. GetIPProxy reserves the right to add or remove any web content block at any time at its sole discretion.
